Motivation and Support
SDTRC Personal Fitness Trainers all carry a certification and degree in a fitness related field. Our trainers are available to assist members in designing and implementing a personalized and effective workout program. Each trainer at SDTRC has a unique experience and education that enables them to motivate and support a variety of fitness needs.
Youth Strength & Conditioning
Physical development can begin as early as 12 years of age. However, the proper guidance from a credentialed personal trainer is necessary for safety and the prevention of injury.
Our weight room and cardio facilities are for ages 16 and over. Children under the age of 16 will be permitted to use the weight room and cardio facilities once they have participated and passed the youth certification program with one of our qualified trainers.
The two 1-hour sessions will cover weight room rules, appropriate weight loads, proper body mechanics, machine operations and the components of a complete workout.
